WUMC sponsors a Stephen Ministry program.   Stephen Ministries is a non-denomination service program that provides specially trained lay people who can help those who are going through a crisis in life, ... divorce, long-term illness, job changes, loss of a loved one, and other life situations.  Their service is free and completely confidential.  You can learn more about the Stephen Ministries program by clicking on their logo to the left.  To inquire about our local chapter please contact the church office.

We have a special group of trained volunteers who take communion to those who are unable to come to church.  This is a truly loving service to those who are isolated by their circumstances.  Please contact the church office if you would like to have communion brought to your home or if you would like to volunteer to help with this very special lay ministry.
