As a parent, it is heart-wrenching to imagine that scenario. For most parents in the remote regions of the Amazon State of Brazil, it is difficult to imagine otherwise.
Amazonas Hope For Health, a non-profit organization, is trying to provide those families with a new vision - a new experience.
It began with a medical mission trip to Brazil in 1995. With return trips each year, a vision grew. One of hope for accessible primary health and dental care for the people of this region.
